Heavy Global was engaged to provide end-to-end technical production management for John Summit’s largest headline performance to date at Folsom Field Stadium, a full stadium-scale live event requiring complex coordination across touring production, venue infrastructure, and multi-vendor technical integration.

Acting as the central production management authority, Heavy Global oversaw all technical advancing, systems integration, production scheduling, vendor coordination, CAD site and stage design planning, site logistics, and live show execution. The project involved the deployment and integration of a large-format US LED Screen, stadium-wide audio deployment, advanced lighting and show control systems, rigging engineering, broadcast infrastructure, comms networks, power distribution, backstage compound management, and artist technical operations, all within the constraints of an active stadium environment.

The scale and complexity of the show required extensive cross-departmental coordination between touring personnel, venue operations, local production suppliers, structural engineers, rigging teams, safety officers, promoters, and broadcast/content stakeholders.

Heavy Global managed the full technical workflow from pre-production through to execution, including detailed advancing, production documentation, load-in sequencing, credentialing and access logistics, rehearsal management, show calling support, contingency planning, and real-time operational oversight across all technical departments. With multiple simultaneous work fronts, critical timing dependencies, and stadium-level infrastructure demands, the event represented a highly complex large-scale production environment requiring precision planning, streamlined communication pathways, and disciplined technical execution to deliver a seamless headline stadium experience at international touring standard.
